Events

Thank you for your interest in Hendricks Chapel. 

Students, faculty, staff and community members of all faiths and no faith tradition are welcome to request the use of space in the Main Chapel and Noble Room. 

The Office of the Dean manages all requests for space at Hendricks Chapel.

Step One:  Inquire

To request a reservation at Hendricks Chapel, please submit one of the following forms: 

Step Two:  Receive a confirmation from the Dean's Office that your date and time is available and your space has been reserved. 

Step Three: Plan an Inclusive Event

Please review the 'planning inclusive events' guide regarding ASL Interpreting Services and CART transcription services for your event.  If you are an employee of the University, use your Net ID on the SU Answers website to see pricing for each provider. 

Once you have reviewed the inclusive event information, and have received confirmation that your event is reserved at Hendricks Chapel, you can submit a form to the Office Equal Opportunity Services to request ASL and/or CART [Frevvo Form].  Please note on the form that your event will be held at Hendricks Chapel.

Hendricks Chapel room event fees and our building policy are available for your review.
