Welcome to Hendricks Chapel, a home for all faiths and a place for all people!
Students, staff, faculty and community members of all faiths and no faith tradition are welcome to reserve space at Hendricks Chapel. Space can be reserved in the Main Chapel, Noble Room, Small Chapel, and Strates Lounge for both one-time and ongoing events. Fees vary based on the spaces utilized and the staffing and technology required.
All requests for space at Hendricks Chapel are maintained by the Office of the Dean and must be scheduled with the Event Coordinator, Michelle Larrabee, who can be reached at 315-443-2903 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can fill out the registration form and submit it online.
Groups may be required to meet with our Events Coordinator to review the details of your event and insure a quality experience for all.
Payment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled event.
Space is limited. Please be advised that a request for space is not a guarantee. An event may be declined if space is not available. Please consider several date and time options to maximize opportunities for accommodation.
As there is a high demand for space at Hendricks Chapel, we ask that you be mindful of others who may be on a wait list for space. If your event is cancelled, please contact the Events Coordinator immediately to cancel your reservation.
Hendricks Chapel has a seating capacity of 1100.
