Since we met and dated while undergraduates at SU we knew that Hendricks Chapel was the perfect place for us to have our wedding ceremony. The help that we received from Elizabeth Cronk took much of the stress out of planning our wedding from the West Coast in just three months. She referred us to possible officiants, florists, photographers, and an organist which helped us with the long distance planning. We were provided with a wedding coordinator who was there the day of the wedding to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Elizabeth played a key role in making our wedding a day that we and our guests will always remember. She was easy to work with, responsive, and organized and we can't thank her enough for her help.

The following guests are considered at the “affiliated rate” for getting married at Hendricks Chapel:
Fees for “affiliated rate”:
(Includes Main Chapel rental, 1-hour rehearsal time, 3-hour allotted wedding time):
(Once the wedding has taken place and all the policies and procedures have been met, the full security deposit of $150.00 will be returned to you)
Hendricks Chapel also welcomes guests not affiliated with Syracuse University.
Fees for “non-affiliated rate”:
(Includes Main Chapel rental, 1-hour rehearsal time, 3-hour allotted wedding time):
(Once the wedding has taken place and all the policies and procedures have been met, the full security deposit of $150.00 will be returned to you)
Checks are made payable to “Syracuse University.”
Full payment and your completed wedding contract are due two months from the date you book your wedding with the wedding coordinator at Hendricks Chapel.
CANCELLATIONS: Weddings cancelled more than six months before the wedding date will receive a full refund. Weddings cancelled between three to six months prior to the wedding date will receive a seventy-five percent (75%) refund. Weddings cancelled less than three months will receive NO refund. All cancellations must be received in writing in order to receive any refund.
