The Stress Reduction Room is a new space on campus initiated by the Contemplative Collaborative and run by the Office of Health Promotion. It provides a safe space with tools to help establish practices based in mindfulness. Whether you practice mindfulness, have your own routine, or are just looking to relax, the Stress-Reduction Room is a great place to visit.
