Worship Life - Dynamic worship that challenges and nurtures faith in the context of the university community. Students take leadership in planning and leading worship. Liturgy is creative, changing with the seasons of the church year. Music is an important part of our service – we sing: praying twice with hymns and songs from around the world, drawing on many genres and traditions. Sundays at Noon, staff, faculty and students gather around Word and Sacrament, moving chairs to create an informal and reflective worship space which after worship is quickly rearranged to host Sunday brunch weekly. Midweek spirituality workshops explore mind-body-spirit connections open to all, followed by an opportunity for those who wish to stay for themed prayer experience.
Community Life - Meeting others, making friends, enjoying life, serving others, finding ways we can make a difference, conversation on controversial issues, hiking, taking time to retreat and of course sharing great good.
Peer Ministers - Make a commitment (for a semester or a year) to exercise and develop your leadership skills to build Lutheran Campus Ministry’s programming.
